Our Story

Anna and Emily first met in 2007 and have always been close friends and worked alongside each other. The idea behind Serenity started back in September 2014 and after a good few months of planning, Serenity’s doors opened for the first time on 19th February 2015 with a modest team of 4. Fast forward to now and after moving into larger premises, the salon has a strong team of therapists, offering a range of high end treatments and striving to offer a 5 star service which has led to winning awards including Best Beauty Salon in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire 2019.

 

The main goal was to be able to provide a one stop shop where you can come and have not just your standard beauty treatments but also more advanced treatments all under one roof. Serenity has 6 treatment rooms, a nail lounge compromising of 3 pedicure chairs and 3 manicure stations plus a Brow Bar, creating the flexibility and space to accommodate group bookings. Their therapists are trained to the highest standard and between them they hold a wealth of knowledge and experience to be shared.

 

As a team they welcome their clients into the "Serenity Family" and feel completely overwhelmed at how much the business has grown in such a short space of time.
