This experience includes a full body massage to ease away muscle tension. To follow, you will be wrapped up on our heated treatment bed and enjoy a Serenity express facial which includes cleanse & exfoliation you the face and décolletage followed by a pressure point head, neck and shoulder massage whilst your face mask is on, all enjoyed in our dedicated retreat candle lit treatment rooms.

Escape from Reality with our 55 minute tailored treatment that will help you leave your stresses behind and transport you to a feeling of deep relaxation.

Using our Bampton House range of products your 55 Minute treatment will begin with a cleanse and exfoliate of your feet, followed by the application of a nourishing warm oil mask. Next, your face and decollete will be cleansed and Sound Sleep cocoon applied. You will then be sent into deep relaxation with our head, neck and shoulder massage. This will be followed by an arm and hand massage and finished with a tension relieving foot massage.

The Results: De-stress with deep relaxation and calm.

 

 

SERENITY FACIAL £60

Unwind and indulge with our Serenity Facial. 

Using Dermalogica products and incorporating Hot Stone Massage, this facial will leave you feeling pampered and relaxed.

This facial includes: Double cleanse & exfoliation, tension relieving face, neck, chest & head massage, hydrating mask, hot stone hand & arm massage and is finished with a layering of toner, moisturiser & SPF products.

What To Expect: This rescue treatment acts like a facial for the back. Using the power of our dermalogica professional skincare range, this deep cleansing treatment will remove dry skin and excess oil along with unclogging blocked pores. A purifying mask will be applied followed by a tension relieving scalp and neck massage. The Result: Deeply cleansed skin plus a feeling of relaxation.

What To Expect: Starting from your feet upwards and using all Bampton House products, we will buff away dead skin cells and stimulate your circulation with a full body exfoliation using our ‘Happy Mind' body scrub.
